Some additional thoughts: Decisions need to be made because 1.) time is short 2.) people are precious to God & they deserve faith filled shepherding and leadership 3.) contenders walk it & pretenders talk it 4.) one way or another things will happen, pulling the trigger allows us to set in motion a preferred future.
